Sneak peak on PT with Joe

was at the gym this morning to met with Joe my personal trainer. Hopped onto the scale and it measures 90.3 kg a total loss of 1.7kg. sounds good though I have a good undertsanding that its water from th ebody. Discussed with Joe on my plan this time round. did 3 sets of push up+pull back, and another 3 sets of step up and shoulder raise combined with chest fly on inclined bench with both legs bent and tummy tucked in,

followed with cardio through cycling for 4km.

what I have eaten today:
breakfast - FAM @ Kelana jaya ; had 1 bowl of noodles +fisball soup+1 glass of orange juice
lunch - potabello mushroom salad plus 3 slices of garlic barguette with banana fritters as dessert. for drinks I have 1 glass of soda mint with calamansi

dinner - I small mug of decaf coffee + 3 pieces of wholemeal break with olive butter and kaya.
as this post this made I haven't had rice since saturday. Must keep up and be better for a healthy diet.

another kg to lose for th eupcoming week. that calls for a minimum of 4 visits to the gym. as I am writing, am wondering what shall I have for my meals tomorrow. might get some milk and need to have the oat drink too!!!
